The team

 

CordéeSafety in a vertical environment is a daily factor in the context of our activities. This is why we have developed efficient working procedures with constant reference to standards and current legislation on a practical basis in the field.

 

This awareness of the realities and constraints inherent in the management of human resources on the ground is increased by the numerous sites that involve work stations in dangerous environments as well as the participation of many members of our staff in operational zones abroad.

 

Staff training includes physical fitness and character building, with the aim of acquiring special know-how in unusual conditions. Everyone has to know themselves and put themselves to the test, in order to develop their collective capacity to take decisions and react appropriately.

 

Our specialists, men and women working on the ground, are skilled educators and facilitators who hold certificates and diplomas recognised in the profession.

We are a member of the U.P.M.M. (Union Professionnelle des Métiers de la Montagne - professional union of mountain trades) recognised by the Council of State and the Ministry for Employment and Labour, responsible for the equivalence of sports certificates with those from other countries. Some of our staff take courses there. This also applies to the Club Alpin Belge (Belgian mountain climbing club) and the Services Régionaux d’Incendie (regional fire services) where we provide training modules.
